The division is responsible for delivering Microsoft''s online infrastructure services including data centers, networking, bandwidth, security, business operations and incident management. GFS supports over 200 online services including Bing, Hotmail, Xbox Live, Office 365 and Windows Azure. Our infrastructure services comprise of servers, data centers and a network spread globally and applications that reach hundreds of millions of users every day. GFS infrastructure plays a central role in the future of MSFT''s Cloud strategy!<BR><BR>The GFS Sourcing Operations team is seeking a business analyst to join the team, with strong skills and experience in financial/operational/statistical analysis, business insight, budgeting and forecasting, and business partnering.<BR><BR>As a member of the GFS Sourcing Operations Team, he/she will provide analysis and reporting support, as well as business partnership to GFS'' business verticals, to include the development of key performance indicators, as well as create and drive efficient reporting and analysis processes. This role provides a great opportunity to gain broad visibility to the operational and business side of Microsoft''s strategic shift to Cloud.<BR><BR>Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<BR><BR>Utilize your strong relationship management skills, including communications, awareness, engagement and emotional intelligence, to build strong relationships with GFS business leaders and Business Groups finance stakeholders; becoming a trusted business leader to drive cost effective behavior and influence business decision making, while providing insight to GFS leadership on key business drivers that impact how our business partners consume GFS services today and in the future.<BR><BR>Partner with the Business Groups during the annual and quarterly planning cycles by participating in the planning process and assisting in evaluating and validating the plan, identifying gaps in the plan, challenging assumptions, and proposing cost efficient opportunities.<BR>Enable business leaders to make well-informed decisions, as well as enhance planning and cost analysis to identify, develop and influence present and future opportunities within both GFS and the Business Groups by delivering insightful analyses that continuously improve measurement of cost performanc                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      </font></td>
