This is an opportunity to be a part of that growth.<BR>We are seeking a Business Analyst who will drive decision-making and bring value through hands-on analysis of business data. While this position will report to the Senior Director, Business Analysis (part of the Global Research and Business Intelligence team) this role is embedded into the stakeholder business. As such the Business Analyst monitors strategic operations, identifies daily/weekly/monthly/yearly business trends, conducts marketing and sales analysis, interprets scorecard data, tracks financial performance and provides views of the business to senior management.<BR>The individual in this role will focus their analytic efforts on the subscriptions business, bringing a BI point of view to stakeholder business operations, integrating data from multiple sources, managing the dissemination of information, addressing ad hoc analysis needs, and identifying business opportunities. This is a highly visible, client-facing role, as you will work to embed best in class BI into stakeholder decision processes.<BR>Responsibilities include:<BR>Partnering with stakeholder team in all aspects of business, including staff meetings, business reviews, site visits and presentations to add data-driven insights to decision processes<BR><BR>Using strategic thinking to see the big picture, integrating disparate pieces of information (e.g., reports, scorecards, MS Sales, POS data, sales forecasts), synthesizing findings into cohesive whole and making broad business recommendations<BR><BR>Scrutinizing the rhythm of the business, interpreting business, sales and industry data, identifying and tracking business trends<BR><BR>Working with central BI resources (e.g., statistical modeling, campaign analytics, data infrastructure) to leverage learning, address complex analytic needs, and to identify deployment opportunities<BR><BR>Focusing on specific business problems or challenges faced by stakeholder group, leading to recommendations for business and/or operational changes<BR><BR>Facilitating problem-solving sessions with functional leaders across the organization<BR><BR>Providing data/reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making, preparing and delivering insights and recommendations based on analyses, and using analytic skills </font></td>
