This individual should have a strong background in market research, competitive analysis, and be capable of making actionable recommendations based on the analysis.<BR><BR>The successful candidate for this position will have a demonstrated background in entertainment and advertising. The candidate will need to translate that understanding into opportunity analysis and recommendations for XBLE&A in both existing and new market spaces. They will also work closely with planning, product management, marketing and sales teams and, thus, should have a strong passion for applying their business/technical knowledge and experience collaboratively to develop insightful analysis for all levels of the organization. A successful person in this role is ambitious, hard-working, creative, sees ambiguity as an opportunity, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys collaborating across groups.<BR><BR>Core job responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:<BR><BR>- Drive entertainment market analysis & insights for the XBL Entertainment team<BR>o Market Evaluation / Sizing<BR>o Competitive Analysis<BR>o Opportunity modeling<BR>o Scenario planning<BR>- Provide strategic insights on how our products - existing and new - can be accretive and/or disruptive to market conditions<BR>- Partner & share learnings with key internal and extended partner teams<BR>- Partner closely with Xbox Live Entertainment team to optimize current processes & opportunities<BR>- Provide insights to corporate and business development teams when identifying and evaluating opportunities<BR><BR>Requirements:<BR><BR>- Demonstrated ability to create market opportunity analysis with actionable strategic insights<BR>- Proven experience in effecting change through effective cross group collaboration and group evangelization<BR>- Ability to deal with ambiguity and juggle multiple assignments and deadlines associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment<BR>- Experience in driving decisions across multiple senior level executives and broad business division is a must<BR>- 3-5 years of direct entertainment experience, including management consulting within the industry<BR>- Must have a passion for Entertainment and Advertising led business<BR>- Bachelor''s degree; MBA preferred<BR>- Strong financial modeling skills<BR>- Strong presentation skills - both production of content and ease of delivery at multiple levels, including CVP<BR><BR>J2WERPH1                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           </font></td>
