This includes HR systems for People and Organizational Capability, Learning, Staffing, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits and Performance Management.<BR>This Analyst will be focusing upon streamlining payroll processes and systems for Our Client (globally).<BR>Duties/Responsibilities:<BR>* Assist in development of business cases for the project.<BR>* Work with internal customers to define business requirements and help build the Business Requirements Document (BRD).<BR>* Build and maintain close relationships with HR stakeholders (globally), and IT Engineering teams. Act as the liaison between the business and IT, communicating requirements.<BR>* Partner with internal business customers and Solution Managers to understand and document new requirements for HR processes and associated systems'' functionality.<BR>* Conduct interviews and facilitate sessions to ensure that requirements provide a clear understanding of business needs.<BR>* Collaborate with IT Engineering to research, analyze and recommend technical solutions that will accomplish set business objectives.<BR>* Document detailed functional and User Interface requirements which fulfill business necessities.<BR>* Utilize knowledge of Requirements Documentation, Use Cases, Process Flows and Mock-ups/Wireframes, to ensure that requirements are clearly communicated.<BR>* Coordinate and drive the efficient and timely completion of all work required for assigned projects/enhancements.<BR>* Analyze ERP data sets/reports and create requirements for data standardization.<BR>This is an estimated one-year PLUS Contingent/Temporary position in Redmond, WA.
