It’s programs drive increased value into organizations through advanced data analytics, market intelligence and social media based customer experience.<BR><BR>Job Description:<BR> The Category Management Analyst will develop and implement analytical models that utilize category management and point of sale data to identify opportunities to drive the category and our top global category partners.<BR> Key Responsibilities:<BR> - Identify, measure and quantify marketplace trends and opportunities; Utilize data analysis tools to develop presentations / stories to drive partner joint business goals and outcomes – this includes at the all up category level, by country and key accounts, focusing in the areas of driving incremental growth, increasing ASP, increasing market basket and other relevant objectives for the category; Provide insights to guide account specific opportunities & action plans that drive retailer & business group priorities<BR> - Contribute to sell-in innovation by developing consumer / category story and retailer SKU optimization recommendations<BR> - Analyze & present post-promotion, assortment realignment and other category / retailer shifts to quantify the impact to the brand and the category<BR> - Provide output model examples for account managers and category managers to use with retail, operator channel and OEM partners & buyers<BR> - This position will work closely with the Category and Channel Knowledge Management role to leverage the category research provided as well as to provide category, channel and retailer market analytics insights to help define category management strategy.<BR> Skills & Experience Required:<BR> - Solid knowledge of syndicated POS and consumer data (IRI / Nielsen) platforms as well as a strong comfort level with specific data sources (i.e. NPD, GFK, retailer specific POS data, etc.) as well as using quantitative data sources from independently conducted research<BR> - Strong proficiency using and building Excel and PowerPoint analytical models for use by others<BR> - Working knowledge of category management analytics; ability to create analytical models to demonstrate business growth opportunities and to identify meaningful insights to retail and OEM partners<BR> - Experience working with top global retailers (Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Yamada, DSGi, Harvey Normal) or similar preferred<BR> - 3-5 years of category management or syndicated data analysis experience required<BR> - Bachelor’s degree required<BR><BR><BR>Send Resume to : resumes@nwrp.catsone.com<BR>Subject: Category Management Analyst<BR></font></td>
