The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, contracts, finance, risk management, forecasting, job costing, facilities management, key financial transaction analysis and negotiations, banking relationships and financing. Additionally, the CFO will oversee management of the administrative function, including internal support services.<BR>The primary location for the CFO role is Redmond, WA; however, consideration will be provided to those candidates seeking a Seattle, WA location.<BR>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>* Provides leadership in the development and continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives (includes implementation of appropriate performance metrics).<BR>* Directs and oversees all aspects of the Accounting, Contracts and Administrative functions of the organization, including any affiliated and subsidiary companies.<BR>* Provides timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the CEO, COO and the Board of Directors in performing their responsibilities.<BR>* Establishes and maintains strong relationships with CEO and COO, as well as other senior leaders, so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.<BR>* Provides the Company and the Board of Directors with advice relative to the financial implications of business activities affecting the Company (i.e. evaluation of potential acquisitions or mergers and other investments). Participates in accompanying negotiations and due diligence.<BR>* Manages processes for financial forecasting, budgeting, capital requests, debt financing and reporting to the Company and the Board.<BR>* Implements financial and tax strategies to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.<BR>* Ensures the Company has adequate insurance protection for the risk tolerance defined by the Company&rsquo;s objectives.<BR>* Participates in determining the Company&rsquo;s standard billing rates and analyzing deviations.    <BR>* Ensures effective internal controls and compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting<BR>* Evaluates and advises relative to the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.<BR>* Monitors and reports risk issues to internal Audit Committee and Board of Directors.
