You will provide research and analytical support on cross-functional teams that identify, evaluate and analyze critical strategic priorities. Many of your projects will be commissioned by senior executives, and you will regularly present your recommendations.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>Uncover and structure complex business problems and opportunities which are of interest to senior leadership<BR>Collect, analyze and synthesize information to tackle the problem<BR>Deliver insightful recommendations in a persuasive and thoughtful manner<BR>Build consensus and effectively influence senior-level stakeholders with disparate priorities from different parts of the organization<BR>Catalyze action against recommendations in a prompt, efficient manner<BR>Conduct analysis and assess implications of key market developments<BR>Assist in the identification, due diligence, valuation and execution of M&A related opportunities<BR><BR>Job Requirements:<BR>Demonstrated hypothesis-driven problem solving orientation with exceptional ability to create structured quantitative and qualitative analyses<BR>Exceptional oral and written communication skills and ability to formulate insights around complex business problems<BR>Relationship-builder who is solutions-oriented and can effectively link the interests of multiple stakeholders<BR>Strong personal initiative and good judgment; desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment<BR>Ability to adapt quickly, work independently and thrive amidst uncertainty / ambiguity<BR><BR>Experience:<BR>BA/BS with top-tier academic background<BR>1-3 years post-graduate experience at big 4/5" consulting firm or investment bank<BR><BR>This description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by an employee within this position.
