You will primarily be assigned to the State & Local Government Dynamics team. Along with the other members of your team, you will play an integral part in maximizing our long term revenue growth, ensuring successful deployment of our products and improving customer satisfaction.<BR><BR>The State & Local Government Dynamics team is looking for a CRM Technology Specialist who has a mix of advanced Microsoft technology and strategic business acumen. The role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to architect solutions by mapping business problems to end-to-end technology solutions. Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions related to creating business process solutions in complex customer environments is a must.<BR><BR>In this role you will specialize in primarily State & Local Government, Health & Human Services and Corrections vertical industry business processes and related partner offerings (ISV''s, services, and Systems Integrators). In addition to being focused on the solution development and proof phases of the sales cycle, you will also be responsible for the creation of State & Local Government demonstration systems and proof of concepts, incorporating a variety of Microsoft and partner technologies. Strong project management skills are a plus as this individual will be required to oversee Microsoft and partner teams in the solution and demonstration development process. As part of the sales cycle it will be required that this individual is able to lead architecture design sessions with technical decision makers as well as front-line technologists. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the advantages of Microsoft technology.<BR><BR>The successful candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience. The position requires at least 10 years relevant working experience including expertise in enterprise architecture as well as infrastructure deployment and/or distributed system implementation. Candidates should have strong, hands-on experience with the following technologies: Visual Studio 2010 and the .NET Framework 4.0 or higher, C#/VB.NET, HTML/JavaScript/CSS, ASP.NET, Relational Databases, SQL, XML, and SOAP/REST Web Services. An understanding of using agile software development methodologies with Team Foundation Server is expected as well.
