If so, the Microsoft Enterprise Services Worldwide Datacenter Center of Excellence (CoE) team is the right place for you!<BR><BR>The Datacenter CoE is a key enabler for Microsoft field and partner teams. They lead and assist with the presales, design and delivery of the largest, most complex, and most strategic projects for enterprise customers across the globe. The CoE has a critical role in IP-based solutions development, and driving related readiness to the Enterprise & Partner Group (EPG), Services and Partners. The CoE IP-Readiness Lead is responsible for driving Solution IP and Readiness delivery globally, partnering very closely with the Datacenter Service Line team in order to drive the overall datacenter plan for Microsoft Enterprise Services.<BR><BR>This role is most critical during IP strategy development, and IP architecture, design and development, and then landing with the field and partners through an effective readiness program.  The CoE Architect Lead understands interoperability issues and the strengths and weaknesses of platforms and products, and is able to provide a trusted voice at the decision-making table regarding IP-based solutions and field readiness needs. The CoE Architect Lead early will translate business needs and insights into actionable IP-solutions and readiness strategy and assist the business in driving these initiatives to early results and business value. This work encompasses a solid understanding of business and IT strategy, a principled approach to broader architectural challenges and opportunities, and a great grasp of datacenter technology and workload solutions.  In addition, opportunities exist to support pre-sales, and support development and to drive best or proven practice in presales, architecture, business planning, and customer engagement.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>?Lead a team of architects and consultants (local, remote, offshore) to deliver IP supporting the Services priority area IP strategy, while factoring in field and customer feedback, and optimizing for balancing budgets, timelines, quality and features.
