<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Category:Sales<BR>Location:Redmond, WA, US<BR>Job ID:804741-90239<BR>Division:Sales<BR><BR><BR>The Datacenter/Private Cloud Field Enablement Lead is at the center of EPG''s Private Cloud go-to-market strategy and significantly shapes how the Field Sales Community sells and deploys Microsoft''s Datacenter & Private Cloud solutions in the Enterprise.<BR><BR>The role is focused on building and retaining a world class sales community of Core Infra Managers, Datacenter Solution Sales Professionals and Datacenter Technology Solution Professionals, while keeping a high level of readiness to successfully compete and sell in the market.<BR><BR>This role interfaces with the Server and Tools Marketing Group (STMG), several groups within EPG (Partner, Services, Marketing, Licensing, Sales Excellence and Compete) and the field community in order to maximize field potential and long-term business growth.<BR><BR>We are looking for an individual with significant sales community and readiness experience in the Enterprise, the ability to work in highly networked, complex environments, experience in leading through influence and demonstrated ability to lead a globally distributed virtual team to achieve success through influence rather than direct authority.<BR><BR>This person will be accountable for Community Leadership and Sales Readiness as follows:<BR><BR>Community Leadership<BR>?Own and implement a strategy to build our seller capability (Core Infra Managers, Datacenter SSPs and Datacenter TSPs) to world-class level. This strategy will include gap analysis (current capabilities as is" versus to be") and long term plan to bridge this gap.<BR>?Work with STU leads, Core Infra Leads, Sales Excellence and the Business Group on a plan to up-level the world-wide SSPs and TSPs to the level defined in Profiles of Excellence"<BR>?Work with the BG, Partner team and Sales Excellence to deliver Community Enablement plan including communications, readiness, tools, and processes - land through events (S4, TR, WWPC) and Academy.<BR>?Conduct regular community communications to Specialists and Specialist Managers including email, calls and 1 to few discussions<BR>?Own Monthly newsletter and sales community share point portal (used for best practice sharing, post RFPs, sales readiness links, collaboration site etc )<BR>?Partner with the BG to manage and facilitate Insider''s Groups for deeper level feedback and insight.<BR>?Maintain a consistent communication channel to the sales communities through regular community cadence, newsletter distribution, and use of social tools to broaden reach and readiness across EPG<BR><BR>Sales Readiness<BR>?Identify readiness gaps versus newly launched technologies and world-class selling requirements.<BR>?Partner with BG readiness leads to build and land a sales and technical readiness plan for TSP and SSPs.<BR>?Ensure field is ready to sell Windows Server 2012, System Center 2012, Azure (Iaas), and Security and Identity Solutions<BR>?Align readiness plans with Datacenter Business Architect and Sales Lead to ensure readiness </font></td>
