Central to our mission is modernizing healthcare by enabling data liquidity and connecting users to data sources/sinks of all varieties. This includes hospitals, pharmacies, health and fitness devices, mobile phones, health plans, labs and others that users deems important to managing their health.<BR><BR>More than 300 health and wellness applications and devices are connected to the HealthVault ecosystem today, with more coming online every day. We are in the process of a major international expansion and need your help scaling up that effort. If you have the ability to ramp up on complex technical systems and can leverage this to build partner ecosystems this could be the role for you. You''ll use your deep technical knowledge of HealthVault to rally a global ecosystem of health organizations, developers, ISVs, SIs, device manufacturers and others around HealthVault. You''ll need to understand the business of healthcare in order to connect with partners'' business needs and influence these to get to robust technical architectures. You''ll use your understanding of partners'' scenarios to influence new HealthVault platform features.<BR><BR>This is a unique role for someone highly self-motivated looking to advance healthcare by working on technical and business problems and offers monumental growth potential.<BR><BR>The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building and managing senior-level relationships with large, complex customers in healthcare. As a new business within Microsoft, this individual will also play an important role in shaping the overall customer relationship and customer satisfaction culture within the HealthVault business team.<BR><BR>Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<BR>Accountable for all aspects of the HealthVault relationship throughout the customer lifecycle from business development hand off-to-implementation turnover, solution deployment, ongoing support and new solutions influence<BR>Build deep understanding of the customer environment, including key influencers and decision makers and business challenges<BR>Strategically reviewing the customer''s strategic initiatives, and connecting that to their HealthVault solution.<BR>Continual engagement to drive strategic entrenchment and use case propagation<BR>Participating in customer team and planning meetings<BR>Organizing and driving customer Envisioning Sessions<BR>Ensuring that we are meeting our commitments in deployment numbers<BR>Develop strategic account development plans to inform specific activities and business goals of all our customer relationships.<BR>Drive resolution of customer issues<BR>Closely monitor overall engagement quali                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               </font></td>
