This is a One Microsoft" role - where your ability to drive impact through sales leadership and direct customer and partner engagement is the key to success. You will work with the WW Specialist Sales Team, EPG and SMS&P Sales and Partner Teams, Business Groups, and MCS to build and execute a sales strategy that enables Microsoft to rapidly accelerate new businesses.<BR>As the WW Specialist Sales Leader for Enterprise Client, you will lead a WW team of Solution Sales Professionals to sell Windows MDOP, RDS and other Enterprise Client products and partner solutions to Enterprise and Public Sector Customers worldwide.PrimaryResponsibilities include:1) Direct responsibility for Enterprise Client revenue quota 2) leadership of a team of solution sales professionals responsible for driving C-level executive relationships and strategic partnerships 3) work extensively with BG and Subsidiary leaders to develop and implement sales strategy and remove sales blockers to enable mainstream Enterprise Client selling motions. The WW Sales Lead for Enterprise Client is also responsible for improving customer satisfaction, partner solutions penetration, coaching sales strategy, negotiation and execution of the sales process, and leveraging Account Team resources to drive cross organizational team and partner collaboration. To be successful, this role requires significant time to be spent directly with clients and partners influencing and closing sales, and leading other sales roles by example.<BR><BR>Specific Responsibilities for this role include:<BR><BR>Own Sales management and leadership Accountabilities- Specialist Sales revenue and metrics ownership<BR>Achieve or exceed Worldwide Enterprise scorecard and revenue goals through a mix of strategy definition, field leadership, and direct customer engagement, and drive market share gains for key solutions against major industry competitors, while showing customer preference and adoption of solutions over purely licensing led approaches.<BR>Define global sales model, scorecard metrics and accountability systems, sales quotas, compensation plans, headcount coverage model, and seller commitments to drive and measure the impact of these new businesses.<BR>Partner with segment and subsidiary teams to develop the Go-to-market strategy and build innovative sales strategies, programs, and pilots that can be easily consumed and adopted.<BR>Build and coach a leading field sales communi                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        </font></td>
