Experience:1<BR>Education Standard:Associate''s degree<BR>Education Type:Certificate in HVAC, AAS, or BAS<BR><BR>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other functions may be assigned.<BR><BR>* Assist in design and programming activities utilizing direct digital controls.<BR>* Assist in creating installation drawings, submittal drawings, as-built drawings and with transition to service.<BR>* Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, communication with staff, providing customer feedback and solutions.<BR>* Some travel possible with occasional overnight stays.<BR>* Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required.<BR><BR>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE<BR>Associate''s degree, or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with a certificate in HVAC, AAS, or BAS: or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and engineering drawing tools. Proficient computer skills are required. Familiarity with the concepts of new construction and renovation/retrofit. Post hire, employee must successfully complete Level 1 Engineering Specialist Training.<BR><BR>LANGUAGE SKILLS<BR>Ability to communicate clearly. Ability to write reports, and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and service personnel.<BR><BR>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS<BR>Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fundamentals of geometry and algebra. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.<BR><BR>REASONING ABILITY<BR>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
