We have a number of Engineering Technicians roles for those interested in owning and driving testing and measurement on a variety of electronic systems.<BR><BR>Description<BR><BR>As an Engineering Technician you will support engineering activities such as design, test, check-out, modification, fabrication, assembly of prototypes and assist running DOEs. You will work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions. You will perform operational testing and fault isolation on Software, Hardware, Mechanical systems and equipment.<BR><BR>Role and Responsibilities<BR>- Test components, assemble prototypes, measure product performance and provide analysis reports with minimal engineering guidance.<BR>- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and configuration issues in test fixtures, prototypes, and production products using various electronic lab test equipment.<BR>- Assist in production test fixture updates and tracking, including hardware revisions and software installation and configurations.<BR>- Confer with engineers, production personnel and others to generate test procedures and work instructions.<BR>- Design automated test systems including hardware control, calculations, results analysis, and reporting using LabView/TestStand and other software languages.<BR>- Hands-on experience in prototype work and functional verification, specifically with electronics.<BR>- Hands-on and fluent with lab equipment: digital multimeter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscope, power supply, data logger, etc.<BR>- Equipment procurement, calibration & maintenance management of lab supplies and tools.<BR>- Build electronic devices and mechanical fixtures necessary for testing products.<BR>- Superb soldering & rework skills (QFNs, BGAs, CSPs, etc.).<BR>- Assist Lab Manager with lab space management<BR><BR>Requirements<BR>- 8+ years of continuous work experience, with increasing responsibilities<BR>- Associate degree from an accredited (ABET) community or technical college, or higher.<BR>- Effective verbal and written communication skills<BR>- Strong collaboration, team skills and a continual learner attitude<BR>- Creative problem solving and problem solving<BR><BR>IEBCRJobs<BR><BR>J2WERPD1                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             </font></td>
