This person's day to day activities will range from pulling spend data on various vendors from internal reporting tools, creating PowerPoint presentations to present to upper management; running RFIs, pricing analysis etc. A successful consultant will also posse great communication skills oral and written in order to engage in vendor presentation meetings and coordinate with other team members and or vendors be through face to face interaction or emails. Also must be able to provide project coordination/management. To be successful in this role this person will need to be comfortable getting started without much information. There is team work as well as working alone. Needs to be comfortable being touched only on a weekly basis my manager at times.<BR><BR>Skills:<BR><BR>Financial analysis and modeling<BR>• Excel: <BR>o Pivot Tables<BR>o Vlookups<BR>o Index Match<BR>o Conditional Formatting<BR>o Nested functions<BR>o Needs to be comfortable pulling data from multiple data sources<BR>o Data scrubbing<BR>o Well versed with excel and formulas<BR>• PowerPoint<BR>o Must be able to take data and create graphs; tables; charts etc in PowerPoint for a meaningful presentation<BR>o Must pay close attention to details > Presentations are shown to upper management and other Business Groups. FTEs within MSFT<BR>o Must be able to take existing PowerPoint and recreate it (i.e. figuring out and refreshing data, recreating existing charts, graphs, etc)<BR>• Sharepoint<BR>o Know how to create list/libraries<BR>o Manage permissions for different share sites<BR>o Build Basic SharePoint site<BR>o Understand security groups and how to set them up<BR>• A candidate that will be successful in this role must be extremely self-motivated; a self-started and self-learner. <BR>• Team player who can get the job done with little direction (will have to rely on self or other consultants around to figure some things out)<BR>• Running RFIs<BR>• Drafting Contracts<BR><BR>To be considered for this opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter.
