We are looking for someone with drive and enthusiasm to take on a high impact role as a Finance Manager in our Planning and Performance group supporting Windows products.<BR><BR>The Finance Manager will play a visible role as the primary owner of MSCIS reporting and analysis associated with Windows hardware. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, the ability to effectively partner across various parts of the organization, a strong grounding in financial fundamentals and principles, and the ability to explain the business beyond the accounting numbers." It will require the ability to drive business knowledge through financial analysis and effective business partnering within MSCIS and Windows Finance.<BR><BR>Some keyResponsibilities include:<BR>Primary MSCIS Finance contact for Windows products<BR>Coordinate ROB in conjunction with partner organizations; establish calendars and define commitments Partner with BG finance to develop and improve ROB processes to align with their performance management programs<BR>Prepare and present accurate monthly results and analysis<BR>Deliver timely quarterly forecasts and prepare annual budgets<BR>Assist long range planning efforts<BR>Develop and maintain partner relationships with finance teams and business leaders<BR>Support MSCIS allocation efforts through knowledge of business projects; ensure accuracy of allocations to Windows hardware products<BR>Create financial models in support of specific initiatives<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent required, MBA Preferred<BR>5+ years relevant experience<BR>Outstanding financial analysis, reporting and presentation skills<BR>Strong analytical and problem solving skills<BR>Excellent communication, business partnership and cross-group collaboration skills<BR>Strong understanding of financial principles, processes and practices<BR>Excellent PC skills, particularly in Excel are required<BR>Experience with manufacturing and/or supply chain strongly desired<BR>Familiarity with internal Microsoft tools (MS Sales, Mercury, etc.) a plus<BR><BR>The successful candidate will also exhibit the following characteristics:<BR>Strong team player with the ability to positively and constructively influence stakeholders<BR>Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business requirements<BR>Ability to managing complex processes, innovate and simplify<BR>Hands-on approach to improve processes while working with others<BR>Able to multitask and accept new challenges anytime<BR><BR>IEBCRJobs<BR><BR>J2WERPC1 </font></td>
