The Business Excellence team is responsible for process management, reporting and cross group alignment to ensure process execution excellence, data accuracy, customer service, and accountability.<BR>The Finance Manager drives communications and coordinated process planning, design and execution across OEM Finance, Business Groups, SMSG, and the OEM business for strong integration; alignment and partnership.<BR>Responsibilities:<BR>Design and implement an overall communication framework for OEM Finance<BR>Drive core process efficiency and collaboration through reliable and predictable processes<BR>Plan and coordinate cross group processes and communications for key finance processes: monthly reviews, annual budget, restatement, target setting, forecasting and mid-year review.<BR>Manage calendar, deliverables and execution for financial processes and rhythm of the business<BR>Establish clearly defined and understood roles and responsibilities across the teams for effective collaboration and handoffs<BR>Drive integration, alignment and partnership on planning, communication, calendar and execution for key financial and business processes with OEM Business Partners, BG, CCG, and WW SMSG.<BR>Manage issues, actions items and deliverables through to timely completion and resolution<BR>Proactive review and planning to manage change readiness, communications and process execution<BR>Integrate changes into ROB & business review processes and communications successfully<BR>Support or lead cross team projects from initiation through implementation with strong planning, communication, and project management execution<BR>Lead simplification and elimination of non-value added finance process activities through ongoing process improvement initiatives and cross group rationalization and updates<BR>Support OEM Finance Leadership on coordination and content for team communications and activities including newsletters and team all hands<BR>Prepare financial analysis on the OEM business to support key processes.<BR>Prepare presentations and present analysis, findings and recommendations<BR>Qualifications:<BR>Bachelor''s degree in finance, accounting or other related fields<BR>Minimum 7 years demonstrated work experience with financial processes and/or business analysis<BR>Full efficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint required<BR>Demonstrated experience with core financial processes<BR>Demonstrated ability to manage projects, lead discussions and develop structured and effective programs that achieve planned results.<BR>Demonstrated ability to identify process efficiencies and implement programmatic solutions<BR>Excellent communication skills - </font></td>
