This includes all the key delivery levers: utilization, price, sub-contractor usage and margin, global delivery usage and margin and headcount related costs.<BR><BR>Key components of the job include:<BR>- Significant input into the Microsoft Consulting 3 year Long Range Plan<BR>- Ownership of the pricing process for over 85 subsidiaries<BR><BR>Approximately 65% of the job will be focused on Rhythm-of-the-Business activities such as analyzing field forecasts, month-end performance, quarterly business reviews; and the other 35% of the job will be projects that will come in a variety of flavors:<BR><BR>- Short-term analysis for senior executives<BR>- Long-term deep-dive projects that drive key decisions<BR><BR>The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is passionate about deriving business insight from financial and operational data, improving financial processes and solving business problems.<BR><BR>The successful candidate will have:<BR>- A great attitude, and a desire to excel and grow both personally and professionally<BR>- Strong analytical and problem solving skills<BR>- Superior business modeling skills using Excel<BR>- Ability to achieve results through both individual and cross team efforts, to manage multiple projects at the same time, and to work effectively under deadline constraints<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>- 5 years of related experience with a good track record<BR>- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal<BR>- Proven ability to drive to results even under difficult or ambiguous circumstances<BR>- Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other analytical discipline.
