And, we''re growing!<BR><BR>The Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information and Services (MSCIS) Finance team is looking for someone with drive and enthusiasm to take on a high impact role as a Sr. Finance Manager supporting the Global Supply Chain group. The finance team is responsible for all operations financial transactions for IEB, for all hardware and software product manufacturing for non-IEB divisions (products such as mice, keyboards, webcams, Office 2010 and Windows 7 discs, etc.), business planning, and driving support in partnership with the MSCIS operations group. This group covers Global Supply Chain operations consisting of WW Freight In; WW Freight Out and Fulfillment; R&R for Xbox, Kinect, Zune and Surface products; and WW software manufacturing. The group also coordinates the launch of new hardware and software products as they come to market. You will use your skills to support Global Supply Chain Operations.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>This program focused role actively assists in delivering new initiatives and programs with the business. Specifically, the role:<BR>- Provides accounting, planning, analysis, & internal controls set up across the scope of IEB and MSFT retail FPP products<BR>- Owns delivering accurate and actionable supply chain analyses in support of various product and business initiatives in MSCIS<BR><BR>Projects/Programs:<BR>-Provides the financial support to the Global Supply Chain group for major products and programs<BR>-Prepares in depth analysis, and maintains and develops new financial models as the business evolves<BR>-Works with business intelligence team within global supply chain to derive cost drivers and levers improve costs<BR>-Reports on supply chain actual costs for products and tracks program costs for global supply chain to budget/forecast<BR>-Constantly looks for ways to improve efficiency of reporting through automation<BR><BR>Qualifications Should Include:<BR>-Approximately 8-10 years of demonstrated work experience in financial analysis and/or accounting.<BR>-CPA or MBA preferred<BR>-Excellent communication skills (written and oral), including an ability to communicate effectively with senior management.<BR>-A self-starter with excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and an ability to work on own initiative and drive for results is required<BR>-Excellent PC skills, particularly in Excel are required.
