The STB central revenue team is looking for a proven and talented finance professional who excels in forecasting and cross-group collaboration to advance our planning processes and ability to accurately project the future of the server and tools business.<BR><BR>As the Sr. Finance Manager for STB Forecasting & Planning, you will lead our revenue forecasting process from end-to-end, support and present to our senior finance and marketing leadership teams including the STB CFO and Marketing VP, coordinate forecasting across 10+ finance teams, and optimize our revenue modeling to drive accuracy and efficiency. You will also be responsible for understanding key revenue drivers and speaking to how they impact forecasting.<BR><BR>This role requires solid revenue modeling skills, as well as proven ability to coordinate several teams to accomplish shared deliverables. In addition, we need a dynamic person with the ability to be detailed and data driven, while having the competencies to bubble-up the story to have executive level discussions.<BR><BR>Key Responsibilities:<BR>Drive the revenue planning process for Server and Tools, including CFO Forecasting and Long-range-planning.<BR>Prepare content and present forecasts to senior finance and marketing leadership teams.<BR>Partner with STB Product Revenue teams to coordinate and consolidate timely and accurate forecasts, understanding key drivers.<BR>Build and improve high-level revenue modeling, including Committed, Billed, Adjusted and Net revenue projections.<BR>Work with the STB BI team to optimize automation and processes around forecasting<BR>Coordinate the STB revenue planning calendar, deliverables and communications to large STB revenue community<BR>Qualifications<BR>A BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. MBA a plus.<BR>5-7 years of work experience in a related field.<BR>Advanced Excel and database skills preferred.<BR>Strong analytical skills - can break down a complex problem into components and bring simplicity into complexity.<BR>Strong communication and interpersonal skills that support the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of levels of personnel.<BR>Strong cross group collaboration and project management skills.<BR>Analytical and conceptual thinking that extends beyond the numbers.<BR><BR>ST:FIN                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 </font></td>
