Do you want to play a key role in furthering how we as a company align our strategy & evolve our growth story to focus on sockets and attach in both our traditional and cloud businesses?<BR><BR>As a Sr. Finance Manager within the Server & Tools Finance Group, you will partner directly with the STB CFO and Server Finance leadership, as well as the Vice President of STB Marketing and their management team, to present analysis in executive strategy and budget reviews with senior leadership. Additionally, candidate will gain exposure across many finance & business teams in the organization including field, business groups, marketing and corporate functions.<BR><BR>Revenue Per Socket (RPS) is a growth concept which provides a way to view growth across products, considering both volume and price. The position will involve synthesizing long-term projections across the Server and Tools product portfolio to provide analysis of how we monetize our sockets and grow our attach revenues. The position will own long-term RPS growth modeling and evolving how we think about RPS; providing thought leadership as we evolve RPS to reflect our transition to the Cloud. A successful candidate will be able to design, influence and implement modeling and analysis to synthesize our growth story as well as evaluate our growth aspirations.<BR><BR>If you are passionate about solving complex business problems and have a proven ability to project manage across large virtual team environments, to see beyond the numbers, and to understand business opportunities and challenges, you are a great candidate for this position.<BR><BR>Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<BR>?Interpret and present RPS growth strategy and financial analysis results to STB executives<BR>?Prepare insightful RPS commentary for our CVP, CFO and CEO<BR>?Decipher key growth drivers, gathering critical data for the development of growth plans and reports for historical and/or predictive analysis<BR>?Ownership of STB RPS sockets; which includes definitions setting and acting as company-wide subject matter expert<BR>?Lead the evolution in RPS thinking to account for changes in the business, such as but not limited to the growth of the cloud<BR><BR>Qualifications include, but are not limited to:<BR>?Prior revenue and volume licensing experience preferred.<BR>?5-8 years of financial modeling, analysis and reporting experience, preferably in a high tech company.<BR>?A BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting.
