As a member of the US A&O Finance team, this individual would own all financial planning and analysis for operating expenses for the United States A&O organization and represent the field perspective when engaging with A&O Headquarters, SMSG Headquarters and Microsoft Corporate FP&A. This role will also play a key role in revenue analysis and reporting for the US A&O organization. This role will work closely with field/sales representatives and business group (BG) representatives to ensure strategy, product roadmaps, investment strategy are aligned with advertiser spend, field input and the competitive environment. A complex and challenging role with high visibility to senior leadership at Microsoft!<BR><BR>Primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:<BR>1. Engage and partner with the A&O Field teams to understand the market and internal expectations regarding cost expectation, future investment and alignment with revenue strategy.<BR>3. Partner with A&O Strategy and US Field Leadership to communicate Business Group investment plans and alignment with Advertiser/Agency strategy, product roadmaps and revenue opportunities.<BR>4. Map information to align investment with revenue drivers<BR>5. Land LRP into MYR, Annual Financial Planning and Exec dashboard<BR>6. Provide operating expense support for the US A&O organization; this affords and end to end view of the business and whole P&L perspective.<BR>Basic Qualifications (required):<BR>BA/BS from accredited university<BR>Minimum 4 years financial analysis or business analysis<BR>Minimum 3 years financial modeling experience<BR><BR>Preferred Qualifications<BR>Experience using corporate cost management systems and proven ability to leverage multiple data sources and maintain an accurate plan of record in a dynamic environment. (Experience using MSFT tools preferred, but not required).<BR>Excellent and demonstrated communication skills and problem solving abilities;<BR>Demonstrated ability to think creatively, to work independently and effectively in an ambiguous and changing environment;<BR>Detail oriented & thorough, with ability to think big picture" and understand the key trends and levers that drive the business;<BR>Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities and re-prioritize as necessary in order to align with current business objectives;<BR>Self-starter;<BR>The ability to communicate well across all levels of the organization;<BR>Prior experience or deep understanding of the Online Services Business beneficial.<BR><BR>SMSG:FIN                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      </font></td>
