If so, we would love to talk to you about a role in Customer Service and Support (CSS).<BR><BR>In this role, you will be a key member of Microsoft''s Worldwide Customer Service and Support (CSS) finance team, as Sr. Finance Manager within the Consumer Support segment. The Consumer Support Finance Team has direct exposure to the voice of the customer and is accountable for driving CSS financial management and Business Group (BG) engagement across Entertainment & Devices Division (Xbox, Live, Windows Phone), Windows & Windows Live Division, Online Services Division (Bing, MSN), Skype, and MS Store. This position provides an excellent opportunity to consolidate, bring insight, and drive outcomes in a $600M+ COGS P&L. In this position you will take a lead role in driving Business Excellence thru traditional financial controllership and analysis of call center data, as well as Business Insight by leading projects and analysis designed to identify value creation opportunities/investments in the CSS business. In this position you will:<BR><BR>Synthesize business insights for weekly, monthly and quarterly financial analyses<BR>Define performance-based business metrics<BR>Coordinate financial support within or across teams, subsidiaries or regions<BR>Proactively manage the relationship with Microsoft Global Outsourcing (MGO)<BR>Evaluate emerging trends and risks and present proactive recommendations to senior management<BR>Drive timely reporting and analysis as it relates to flash updates, business reviews, target-setting, mid-year review, and budget<BR>Seek improvements in key business processes, especially those that require cross-group participation<BR><BR>Business Excellence:<BR>This Sr. Finance Manager role is responsible for project managing core financial processes. This role will partner closely with the Planning, Performance, Accounting, Compliance, Tools & Reporting functions as well as the CSS Financial Controllers. Successful candidates will build strong relationships with these core business partners and will be comfortable communicating/interacting with senior CSS Finance leaders:<BR><BR>Budget & Planning - Drive the CSS Consumer planning process including Mid-Year Review, target setting, and budgeting<BR>Quarterly Financial Forecasts - Support the WW financial forecasting process<BR>Month End Close Analysis - Deliver support in providing consolidated analysis on business drivers behind the financial results.
