The group is sponsored by SMSG Finance and delivers intensive business process and application consultancies (process/application strategies, training, evangelization, etc) with a strong cross group partnership to the specific Corp groups and communities in Finance/HR SD, EDD, MSN, OEM, OPS, etc. IPG supports all international Finance, G&A and HR platforms and processes and drives the review, implementation and evangelization of processes, tools and best practices in the APAC, GC, India, and Japan, LATAM, Canada and EMEA regions. NA is not directly in the groups'' scope.<BR><BR><BR>POSITION PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<BR><BR>The International Platforms FP&A Manager" is part of the FP&A team in IPG, which has overall responsibility for all FP&A systems, related processes and guidelines in all sales subsidiaries, Area HQs as well as the Regional Operations Centers and R&D locations outside of the US.<BR><BR>The International Platforms FP&A Manager" supports the International Platforms Group with strategic and tactical work for the rollout and ongoing support of all SMSG planning, forecasting and reporting platforms. The primary focus is as the lead POC for a WW Area as well as a WW lead role for support of one or more functional areas. Key functional areas could include responsibilities such as CCG revenue reporting/forecasting, developing a new Channel Incentives BI process/ecosystem or redefining sales force productivity/pipeline measurement. The specific functional areas of this position will be determined in relation to your background and the team''s mission as established during the annual commitment setting process. While you will have a strong functional focus on the Business/BMO Controller community and related processes, it is required that you will also look across functions and become actively engaged with your peers in the management of all FP&A business processes with a strong cross functional engagement focus.  You will serve as the voice of the customer for the field, and also drive change management projects in the field.<BR><BR>This role is a key strategic focus area for IPG as part of the team''s mission to support all international regions (CAN/LATAM, INDIA, JAPAN, GC, APAC, EMEA) with WW standardized business process and systems, evangelize best practices and to deploy strong governance control points, define a standardized view on forecasting, planning and reporting in the company and to create a positive user experience with the finance/business communities.
