This position provides an excellent opportunity to take a role in partnering with a very dynamic set of businesses and driving IMPACT across the Finance 2015 Spectrum (Partnership, Prioritization and People). CSS is an organization of more than 8,000 employees in 60 countries who strive to build enduring customer relationships through consumer and commercial technical support and customer service for all Microsoft products and Cloud services.<BR><BR>Key Responsibilities:<BR><BR>This role will drive financial analysis, performance management, and controllership for a significant share of the PFE organization. The position offers opportunities to demonstrate Personal Leadership through significant interaction with business and finance leaders as it relates to providing insights and analysis on Microsoft''s $2B support business.<BR><BR><BR>Performance Management - Participate and contribute to deliverables associated with the finance and business rhythm. Activities will include leadership of financial deliverables associated with monthly close, quarter end close and forecast, annual planning process, and business partner support. These deliverables will include reporting, key driver and variance analysis, and summary of financial results.<BR>Reporting and Business Analysis - Provide business analysis and insight on ad-hoc business issues and requests in support of the PFE team.<BR>Business Partnership - Work closely in partnership with leaders of the PFE organization. Provide value-added insights and timely reporting to aid in decision-making. Provide responsible financial guidance to support business team adherence to key financial policies and processes.<BR><BR>Personal Leadership<BR>The candidate must be comfortable working with all levels of management and be able to critically evaluate and communicate business issues/risks with conviction to business and finance constituents.<BR><BR>Key Success Criteria<BR>Good communication and interpersonal skills<BR>Strong customer focus/excellent relationship management with key partners in and out of finance<BR>High degree of intellectual curiosity<BR>Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations<BR><BR>Basic Qualifications:<BR>Minimum 5-7 years financial analysis and planning experience or business analysis experience<BR>BA/BS from accredited university<BR><BR>Prefe </font></td>
