The role will allow you to have a positive impact on the performance of Premier, which is a $2 billion, strategically important, fast-growing, and profitable segment within the Microsoft Enterprise Services division.<BR><BR>In this role you will be an integral member of the Worldwide Services Finance team responsible for developing financial analysis and implementation of strategic growth initiatives in collaboration with the business. You will have the opportunity to work with Services Controllers across the world in driving improved visibility and financial literacy for Premier. Finally, you will be a key financial resource for the Services Leadership team.<BR><BR>The position provides an excellent opportunity to take a lead role in partnering with a very dynamic business, driving activities across the Finance spectrum.<BR><BR>KeyResponsibilities include:<BR><BR>Business Insight<BR><BR>Strategic Projects - Drive financial analysis and guidance in support of key strategic projects and initiatives. Partner with business leaders to develop scenario analysis, model financial impact, and recommend processes for financial implementation.<BR>Business Analysis - Provide business analysis and insight on ad-hoc business issues and requests in support of the Premier Offerings & Marketing teams at HQ.<BR><BR>Planning:<BR><BR>Long range planning - develop 3 year growth plans for the Premier business addressing revenue and delivery margin.<BR>Target setting - drive financial analysis in support of Worldwide and Area-level revenue and margin growth targets.<BR>Target cascade - communicate methodology and secure alignment within planning stakeholders of next year''s financial targets.<BR><BR>Personal Leadership<BR>Must be comfortable working with all levels of management and be able to critically evaluate and concisely communicate business issues/risks with conviction to business and finance audiences.<BR>Ability to collaborate and coordinate multiple stakeholders is critical.
