Terex offers a complete line of financial products and services to assist in the acquisition of Terex equipment through Terex Financial Services.<BR><BR>Summary of Position<BR><BR>* Develop in-depth understanding of underlying business drivers.<BR>* Development and maintenance of segment financial reporting systems<BR>* Work across business units within segment to drive operational performance and accountability.<BR><BR>Financial Analyst reports to Director – Financial Planning & Analysis.<BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>* Develop hands-on in-depth understanding of underlying business drivers.<BR>* Design innovative analytical and management reporting tools for decision making.<BR>* Develop, manage and maintain segment financial reporting systems<BR>* Actively participate in the process for budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning across business units<BR>* Actively participate in robust process for key performance initiatives by establishing metrics and analysis for measurement, reporting and evaluation of results.<BR>* Actively participate in driving financial reporting consistency across the business.<BR>* Analyze significant variances from planned and forecasted results in order to provide interpretive comments and recommendations to management.<BR>* Actively participate to increase and improve cash flow generation.<BR>* Actively participate in analysis and reporting: organic growth, pricing, price-volume-mix, standard margin and gross profit, cost reduction / control, capital expenditures and SO&P.<BR>* Assist with change management activities, process improvement and system efficiencies in order to improve service quality.<BR>* Embrace and promote the Terex Way: Integrity, Respect, Improvement, Servant Leadership, Courage and Citizenship<BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>* Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or MBA or advanced degree preferred.<BR>* Two years FP&A, accounting and financial management experience.<BR>* Experience in multi-national manufacturing organizations preferred.<BR>* Strong analytical and problem solving skills to complement creative “out-of-the-box” thinking.<BR>* Adaptable, self motivated and strong team player.<BR>* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to work across functional areas and levels of management.<BR>* Quick learner and strong sense of natural curiosity.<BR>* Strong comput </font></td>
