This individual contributor role provides a unique opportunity to have in-depth visibility into the WPD business and key initiatives with a chance to influence the future. A successful candidate will be able to model and synthesize the WPD story, understand business opportunities and challenges and see the big picture as they project manage important team deliverables. The role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career within an emerging business at Microsoft.<BR><BR>Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:<BR>WPD Long-Range Plan model management, including coordination with the Strategy, Mobile MIT and Controller teams to incorporate the impact of organizational, business model/strategy and competitive changes. The position will involve creating long-term projections and analysis of our growing business.<BR>Collaborate within CFP&A and other groups to manage Annual Target setting process.<BR>Support BPR and LRP discussions by driving deck creation and assisting to prepare the WPD SLT for presentations.<BR>Manage the annual planning calendar for WPD Finance<BR>Support preparation of CFO Quarterly reporting.<BR>Monitor key business metrics (RPS/GMPS). Interpret and present revenue per search (RPS) growth strategy and financial analysis results for WPD.<BR>The candidate will gain exposure across WPD Finance and with other finance teams through collaborative planning efforts.<BR>Contribute content for WPD''s Business Insight SharePoint site.<BR>Participate in ad hoc finance project activities as priorities determine.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>Demonstrated accounting/financial analysis work experience (7-10 years); BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related degree. MBA, CPA and/or CFA a plus.<BR>Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities, have excellent attention to detail, and work effectively under deadlines.<BR>Demonstrated ability to effectively translate financial analysis and insights into meaningful and actionable business communications and recommendations.<BR>High level of motivation; self-starter; ability to quickly identify what needs to be accomplished, craft a solution, manage a project plan and drive results<BR>Ability to achieve results both through individual and cross team efforts<BR>Advanced skills in core Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), knowledge of financial policies, process, controls and systems.<BR>E                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            </font></td>
