               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Puget Sound Energy is looking for an Application Configurator who specializes in Telvent Gas SCADA control systems. This person diagnoses problems, develops and implements solutions in our Telvent Gas SCADA Control System environment without oversight from Senior Configurators. In addition, we need someone who can configure moderately complex Telvent application components (analysis, design, development and implementation) based on functional requirements without supervision. This role assists Business Analysts or Gas System Configurators in scheduling and budget tasks. The ideal candidate will have the capability to perform configuration changes and/or prepare design specifications for the Telvent Gas SCADA Control System as well as have deep knowledge in at least one Telvent functional module and working knowledge in other modules. The Application Configurator resolves moderately complex production issues.  This person will have the opportunity to also serve as a resource to programmers, developers, and administrators in designing, configuring and implementing a Gas SCADA Control system which supports the company’s business and operational needs. <BR><BR>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES<BR>• Demonstrated experience in at least one Telvent Gas Scada System (from list below) functional module with knowledge of other modules and can resolve moderately complex production issues.<BR>• Familiarity with Telvent Gas Scada System platform functionality,and advanced knowledge of office applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).<BR>• Telvent Gas Scada System experience: 2 years minimum systems experience in the modules appropriate for the job or other related functional area experience. Knowledge of Telvent Gas Scada System data dictionary and common Telvent Gas Scada System tables<BR>• Has deep knowledge in at least one Telvent Gas Scada System functional module (from list below) and working knowledge in other modules.  <BR>• Experience with at least one full life cycle implementation of Telvent Gas Scada System and experience in supporting 7x24 real-time control system environments that manage natural gas distribution.<BR>• Experience in information systems, operations, architecture, configuration, or other area relevant to successful Telvent Gas Scada System implementation, working in systems analysis and support or equivalent role. <BR>• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. <BR>• Demonstrated experience in at least one Telvent Gas Control functional module with knowledge of other modules and can resolve moderately complex production issues.<BR>• 3 or more years IT experience<BR>• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.<BR>• Knowledge of systems and/or business analysis design concepts. Demonstrated proficiency in the applied use of systems and process analysis tools.<BR>• Ability to facilitate interactive design and functional specification sessions.<BR>• Strong analytical problem-solving and conceptual skills. <BR><BR>Telvent Gas Control modules and skills:<BR>• OASyS DNA – including 7.5 or later<BR>• TiPS, Alarm Management System - including version 3.6 or later<BR>• Sightline, Columbia version – or previous GMAS experience<BR><BR>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES<BR>• Familiarity with DOT PHMSA compliance requirements.<BR>• Familiar with project and software development using ASAP or Agile methodologies and processes. <BR>• Experience with one or more network protocols: IP, UDP, TCP, or ICMP.<BR>• Experience with one or more RTU protocols: Mercury, Modbus, or DNP3 <BR>• Experience with Windows XP, Windows Server 2003/2008, MSProject, Microsoft Office applications, SQL, and email packages.<BR><BR>PSE offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
