This position is responsible for the Worldwide (WW) strategy and execution impacting 400 partners worldwide and 120 Partner Account Managers across EPG and SMS&P customer segments.<BR><BR>This role is expected to achieve the following:<BR>?Meet or exceed the WW annuity revenue across segments in traditional and cloud EA, cloud transition and compete workloads<BR>?Build & execute a multiyear Channel roadmap focusing on WW LAR sales capacity, geo expansion of key LARs, sales and marketing discipline and planning, and landing the next generation" of LAR/EDA partners<BR>?Build and launch new innovative initiatives to secure growth in annuity sales and all Enterprise Agreement renewals, including collaboration on critical Microsoft Sales Division projects.<BR>?Build and develop high performance, diverse and inclusive cultures within team and Field LAR Management, attracting top talent and a culture of excitement and results<BR>?Manage the sales management role of a multi-billion dollar sales budget and related scorecard metrics<BR>?Demonstrate and grow the partner pipeline contribution to sales segments, creating a highly-leveraged and effective extended sales force through the channel<BR><BR>Specific examples of responsibility are called out below:<BR>?Own and land the transformation of the largest transaction revenue channel to align to the future of MS Products and Licensing<BR>?Build and influence WW LAR Channel programs including WW Licensing and Pricing (WWLP), Legal, Operations, WW Partner Group (WPG), Business Groups (BG), Enterprise Partner Group (EPG), Small and Mid-market Solutions and Partners (SMS&P) and Public Sector<BR>?Own the Enterprise Annuity Sales Strategy through partner, working with SMS&P and EPG teams to enable segments to achieve and exceed share, growth and revenue targets<BR>?Provide leadership insight to WPG Marketing, Channel Incentives, WWLP, BGs on Microsoft product plans and programs to maximize segment business success<BR>?Work directly with the BG teams to create and executive specific WW LAR marketing and sales plan<BR>?Drive earlier engagement and visibility into the technology/product roadmap to align BG marketing efforts more closely to partner and field sales motions<BR>?Lead a High-Performing Sales Team and field community<BR>?Define a clear account strategy and plan that both maximizes Microsoft opportunity overall and facilitates partner growth and profitability in the context of Microsoft''s product strategies and overall corporate strategy<BR>?Partner closely with WWLP, BG, Operations, EPG and SMSP execute on the account plan<BR>?Elevate the LAR PAM as manager of leveraged growth through partner, and ensure performance standards are met while providing direct fee </font></td>
