This individual will lead a cross organizational, cross functional team to grow the Dynamics business in Global Accounts.<BR>The Industry & Global Accounts group is responsible for developing Microsoft''s Worldwide Go To Market for the Commercial industries and top 100 customers doing business with Microsoft around the world.  The Dynamics business, anchored by CRM, offers the most opportunity for growth in the portfolio with a great concentration of industry demand, complete solution offering with our partners, a dedicated sales force, and a low market penetration.<BR>Thus, we have a tremendous opportunity to grow & scale this business. The Dynamics Sales Director is responsible for leading the overall Global Accounts Dynamics strategy, growing the business, managing a virtual team of 9 sellers (report to Time Zone leaders) and field sellers (reporting to Dynamics) to deliver business benefits to our customers. This leader will shape the strategy for growing the business in Global Accounts and will work with MBS, WWIGAO, Enterprise partner, and ATU teams to increase market share, and lead a virtual team of partner managers, industry solution managers, account teams, and MBS SSPs/TSPs to deliver execution excellence and to achieve revenue, share, solution, and seat add targets.<BR>The successful candidate in this role will be excited about leading a growing business and delivering results. They will believe in solution selling. They will have passion about becoming a subject matter expert in the CRM and AX marketplaces. They will know the competition. They will enjoy helping others land deals and win new customers, And they will be able to demonstrate expertise in field landing/adoption, leadership, organizational agility, cross team collaboration, development of business plans, sales and marketing, execution, and delighting customers and/or partners.<BR>Responsibilities<BR>?Lead the virtual team of sellers<BR>?Co-own and co-deliver the quarterly L1 MBS/EPG Synch meeting<BR>?Own the Global Accounts scorecard goal for CRM and AX.<BR>?Serve as the Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Sales & Services Category subject matter expert on behalf of Microsoft.<BR>?Make a market for Microsoft in Sales & Service through value proposition creation, engagement with press/analysts/customers, and through the creation of a mid-term vision with near term execution that drives results in share and revenue growth.<BR>?Be viewed by field leaders, account teams, partners and the BG as the subject matter expert for Dynamics<BR>?Analyze partner solutions, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to develop a comprehensive action plan and prioritization strategy for Global Accounts<BR>?Create Sales Enablement and Marketing Bills of Material for use by the field                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    </font></td>
