The engineering team has transitioned to aligned, shorter release cadences, and a functional structure of Development, Test and Program Management. There is significant ongoing change and employee development needs associated with this transformation to a services business.<BR><BR>Server and Tools is seeking a Learning & Development Manager with a passion for addressing business needs through learning. A background in needs analysis, instructional design, classroom facilitation, and program management is required to be successful in this role.<BR><BR>The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for monitoring ongoing business needs and progress on the learning plan for the business, for designing, procuring and/or delivering learning solutions to target audiences, and overseeing the implementation of the High Potential and Leadership Development programs in coordination with the COE. In addition to leveraging existing leadership development resources in HR, this individual will partner with Engineering Excellence and/or additional vendors to deliver targeted services and leverage existing resources.<BR><BR>This is a leadership position reporting to the HR General Manager for STB, and will be a member of the HR Leadership Team.
