               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">The Maintenance Assistant/Houseperson will support the Maintenance and Housekeeping teams in maintaining the overall appearance and working order of the hotel.<BR><BR>Primary Responsibilities:<BR>• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as needed or as requested <BR>• Update the Maintenance Department, Housekeeping or the front desk on status of work orders.  Maintain accurate records of completed work orders.<BR>• Maintain the grounds, landscaping, and parking areas in a clean, neat, safe, and attractive manner. <BR>• Provide prompt response to front desk reports of guest problems and concerns. <BR>• Assist in maintaining an inventory of supplies in order to perform necessary duties<BR>• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of hotel public areas, including the lobby, hallways, restrooms, pool area, meeting rooms<BR>• Assist in deep cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing, furniture cleaning, mattress flips, window washing, HVAC filter cleaning, battery replacement of smoke detectors and door locks, etc<BR>• Assist in checking and replenishing supplies in restrooms, pool area, housekeeping closets, exercise room<BR>• Report damages, safety hazards and other incidents to the Chief Engineer or General manager<BR>• Drive the shuttle van when necessary</font></td>
