               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">We are seeking highly motivated, experienced, and energetic candidates for the position of Maintenance Supervisor at our Delano/Bon Terra property in Redmond, WA.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>Handle all aspects of maintenance for the apartment community<BR>Supervise a staff providing training, motivation, and performance feedback. <BR>Monitor and direct scheduling of all maintenance personnel and vendors, and ensure staff adheres to company policies and procedures<BR>Track inventory for repairs and maintenance<BR>Responsible for turnover process, troubleshooting and repair of all mechanical systems, service requests, and reporting of potential liability concerns or safety hazards <BR>Assist with planning and execution of all preventative maintenance programs such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and life-safety systems <BR>Ensure the knowledge of, and enforcement of, company safety policies<BR>Responsible for operating within the property budgetary guidelines<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>High school diploma or equivalent <BR>Minimum 4 years industry experience (100 units or more)<BR>Ability to directly supervise staff of up to 4 or more<BR>Must be proficient in all areas of apartment maintenance to include plumbing, electricity, painting, drywall, floor coverings, carpentry, locks, appliances, pools & spas, roofs and life safety equipment <BR>Ability to identify water intrusion issues, make repairs and/or monitor work completion by qualified vendor<BR>Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Yardi preferred<BR>Strong written/oral communication skills and business correspondence <BR>Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job<BR>Available for emergency call duties<BR>Must be able to function effectively in a customer service environment</font></td>
