               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Category:Operations<BR>Location:Redmond, WA, US<BR>Job ID:810336-93256<BR>Division:Interactive Entertainment Business<BR><BR>The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the engineering documentation for the Interactive Entertainment Business hardware team.<BR><BR>Through program ownership, you will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end process of documenting, reviewing and releasing the engineering documentation and creating & maintaining the bills of materials (BOMs) for IEB manufacturing.<BR><BR>You will work with other internal Microsoft groups and 1st tier suppliers who support our hardware devices. The Configuration Change Specialist (CCS) will provide leadership and on-the-job training as he/she works with the Manufacturing Change Control Analyst to resolve ambiguities for change requests and various related issues.<BR><BR>Additional duties will include (but aren''t limited to):<BR>-Execute to Localization Plan<BR>-Track Packaging Milestones<BR>-Project manage SKU through end to end product lifecycle<BR>-Own SKU creation and approval of all SKU activity on Product for Holiday Value Bundle/Special Editions, Microsoft Stores<BR>-Validate SKUs and ensure correct BOM/Compliance in all regions & Microsoft Stores<BR>-End Of Life (EOL) SKU Management<BR>-Create the BOM Readiness Report for Manufacturing SKU Manager and/or NPI Manager for end to end Gate Reviews<BR>-Validate and manage Change Control Process<BR>-Support and respond to Factory Management (FM) and Tier 1 inquiries and process changes<BR>-Provide expertise for Release Services Management, Teamcenter, Agile, PMCT & END Item Tool (Microsoft-internal tools) and Sharefile Toolset support<BR>-Teamcenter subject matter expert manufacturing representation<BR>-Drive Dev/Packaging BOM Validation via BOM Review Board (BRB)<BR>-Actively participate in Corrective Action and Preventative Action (CAPA) Analysis & Reviews.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>Experience with product data management tools (PDM) such as Agile, Teamcenter, PTC or UGS<BR>Must be detail oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage projects and priorities<BR>Must be self-motivated and results driven, with excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills<BR>Must demonstrate a positive professional attitude.<BR>BS degree in engineering or minimum of 5 years equivalent work experience is required.<BR>Institute of Configuration Management (ICM) certification is a plus!<BR>Domestic and international travel is required.<BR><BR>IEBCRJobs<BR><BR>J2WERPH1                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    </font></td>
