<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Responsibilities:<BR><BR><BR>Email & Landing Page Assembly and Execution<BR>Work with the business marketers and account management to be able to understand strategy and localization for their region and segment in order to execute, collaborate, and add value.<BR>Execute and support prospect and customer email campaigns for five business units (SMB, Americas, EMEA, APA, and Platform Services).<BR>Build email & landing page marketing templates<BR>Assemble performance driven emails that support objectives<BR>Launch nurture programs and deploy ad-hoc emails according to SLA’s<BR>Design and execute test matrices, ability to modify copy based on approved Marketing Communications content for testing, and change layout & design to drive performance.<BR>Effectively partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing Communications, Web Strategy, Marketing Operations, R&D, and Field Marketing)<BR>Salesforce.com campaign and email tracking execution to be sure we can measure effectiveness and revenue performance.<BR><BR>Program Execution<BR>Design and build automated nurture programs in the marketing automation software (Eloqua) and event automation in the events module and program builder.<BR>Ability to document and organize all programs, filters, contact groups, and email folders.<BR>Test new program builds and troubleshoot known problems and issues.<BR><BR>Eloqua Maintenance and Content Management<BR>System organization and general clean-up<BR>Assist in the global content management tool tagging and posting of photos and emails for business consumption.<BR>Position Requirements <BR><BR>Education, Experience & Training required:<BR><BR><BR>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, MIS, or equivalent <BR>3 – 5 years’ experience in email marketing and direct marketing.<BR>Experience with marketing automation systems, demand generation, marketing campaigns, email marketing, advertising, and general technical aptitude. <BR>Eloqua experience or certification a plus.<BR>Ability to pass a background check<BR>Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.<BR><BR>Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:<BR><BR>Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills embraces and enjoys metrics and data.<BR>Balance of right and left brain thinking.<BR>Performance marketing experience.<BR>Know-how of integrating social media in an email channel effectively.<BR>Practical hands on experience with deploying emails from an email service provider (ESP) or marketing automation tool (list pull, working with creative and copy, tracking, QA and deployment.<BR>Competent in pulling reports and analyzing data.<BR>Experience setting up automated nurture programs for prospect and customer marketing programs.<BR>Hands on proficiency with HTML fundamentals.</font></td>
