               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Position Title: Mechanical Engineer<BR><BR>Position Description: Our Redmond based client is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team for a long term project.<BR><BR>Experience/Qualifications:<BR><BR>Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from four year college or university <BR>Four-six years related experience <BR>Experience with an emphasis on product design, including designing for manufacture and assembly <BR>Metrology equipment <BR>Small precision component and assembly design <BR>Opto-electronic mechanical design <BR>Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) <BR>High-volume manufacturing methods <BR>Adherence to MIL-STD <BR>CAD modeling design skills and CAD drafting skills required <BR>New Product Introduction methodology <BR>Design for Manufacture and assembly methodology <BR>Rapid prototyping processes such as Stereolithography <BR>Design for NC machining <BR>Experience with one or more of injection molding, die or investment casting or metal injection molding <BR>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook <BR>Solidworks CAD (expertise in Catia, ProE, Solid Edge or Unigraphics is acceptable) <BR>PDM such as Enterprise, Smarteam or Enovia <BR>Mathematical FEA modeling software such as Cosmos, or Ansys <BR>May lead and direct the work of others on a project basis.
