<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Category:Sales<BR>Location:Redmond, WA, US<BR>Job ID:814827-95884<BR>Division:Sales<BR><BR><BR>OEM Account Manager<BR><BR>The OEM Account Manager is responsible for achieving revenue and strategic objectives while maximizing the relationship between Microsoft and our Multinational OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) account. Develops and owns the implementation of business plan to achieve objective of growing MS revenue and account penetration.<BR><BR>Responsibilities include:<BR>Relationship management:<BR>Develops strategic, ongoing customer relationships with highly influential individuals at the OEM account gaining trust and respect for the company. Promotes the relationship between MS and the OEM by establishing the value of alignment between MS and the OEM, while identifying key objectives. Builds a business plan to reach those objectives, and owns implementation of that plan. Developing such relationships/business plans requires spending a significant amount of time at the OEM customer''s HQ, with an associated amount of travel.<BR><BR>Securing designs-ins:<BR>Consultative sales process results in OEM licensing a Microsoft product or technology. This includes the ability to understand, communicate and provide guidance to the OEM regarding MS product strategy and direction. Responsible for risk assessment of competitive offerings in account.<BR><BR>Business management:<BR>Manage all business details including product, licensing and finance issues. This includes: negotiate and administer major complex agreements, ensure compliance with the OEM''s agreements, business forecasting, protecting MS competitive and material assets, and regular reporting regarding business activity, financial status and account plans.<BR><BR>Will interact with all levels of marketing and technical management, including executive levels, with assigned OEM customer; all levels of Microsoft product management and finance, plus all levels of executive contact. Must have the ability and desire to work with cross-group virtual teams to achieve account objectives imperative.<BR><BR>Qualifications Required:<BR>Education/Experience: Bachelor''s degree in Business or related discipline and 7+ years experience in direct sales in the personal computer industry or 10+ years experience in direct sales in the personal computer industry.<BR><BR>Skills/Abilities: This position requires strong industry knowledge, including: hardware standards (i.e., processors, displays, storage, and networking), operating systems, PC software, distribution and sales channels. Ability to translate Microsoft product, program, and service offerings into meaningful value as it pertains to the customer''s business metrics, diffusing competitor''s value statements. Leverages MS products and services to help the customers develop complex business and market opportunities. Must have strong, demonstrated, presentation skills to groups of all sizes and levels and a successful track record of sales and negotiation skills, including advanced sales knowledge.<BR><BR><BR><BR>MKG:OEM<BR>OEMjobs </font></td>
