Specific market-focused expertise is the core of SIMCO Electronics' competencies and a central focus of capital investments and strategic initiatives.<BR><BR><BR>The On-call Calibration Technician will perform calibrations of Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment used in the Life Sciences, RF and Semiconductor/Electronic Components markets.<BR><BR><BR>Responsibilities and Duties:<BR><BR>- TMDE/PMEL certified or Associates degree in Electrical Technologies<BR>- 3 years Calibration experience preferred<BR>- Power and hand tools<BR>- Must be able to lift up to 65 pounds without assistance; occasional standing and bending required.<BR>- Work will depend on workload Primarily responsible for General Purpose and Physical Dimensional Calibration<BR><BR><BR>DESIRED EXPERIENCE<BR><BR>This is a team atmosphere primarily in a laboratory or manufacturing environment at a SIMCO location and/or customer sites, and the position could require some travel.
