The right individual would possess excellent customer service, is friendly, polished, and hard working but has fun while doing so. You will provide a broad range of optical and clerical service support for the Optometry Clinic. Applicant must be a highly motivated, professional, self starter with strong attention to detail.<BR><BR>We are committed to providing excellent patient care and high quality eyewear. As a member of our team your responsibilities would include:<BR>• Prepare patients for eye examinations, conduct simple vision tests & use automated instruments to make preliminary measurements for the doctor<BR>• Answer phones, schedule appointments, verify vision/medical insurance benefits, enter patient demographics, order/receive contact lenses, train contact lens wearers<BR>• Greeting patients and preparing charts for the doctor<BR>• In-take preliminary medical histories<BR>• Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits<BR>• Able to multitask and communicate effectively<BR>• Capable of creating a warm and inviting environment<BR>• Organized, neat and efficient<BR>• Comfortable answering patient questions<BR>• Adaptable to new computer software<BR>• Technically savvy -- social media, website design, etc.<BR><BR>*** On the job training will be provided ****<BR><BR>We look forward to having you as part of our team!<BR></font></td>
