               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Category:Sales<BR>Location:, , US<BR>Job ID:809841-92887<BR>Division:Sales<BR><BR><BR>The Partner Account Manager - US ISV Alliances will be a key part of the US Alliance Partner team, developing national pipeline, realized revenue, and incentive programs for a portfolio of the top Independent Software Vendors in US EPG.<BR><BR>Reporting directing to the ISV Director, US Alliance Partners, key responsibilities will include:<BR><BR>- Relationship management - build and maintain key go-to-market relationships with the US sales leaders for a set of top ISV partners, complementing the executive relationships held by the Worldwide Business Development Manager for the partner at corporate.<BR>- National pipeline development - Drive adoption of MS incentive and acceleration programs with these partners to increase the number and size of deals in their sales pipeline on the Microsoft platform. Work as a liaison to coordinate partner/Microsoft sellers in the field working on specific deals.<BR>- Top deal sell-with - Personally engage with the partner and Microsoft account teams on the largest and most strategic deals in these partners'' pipeline in order to deliver growth revenue targets for FY13 on SQL Premium, System Center, and Azure.<BR>- Build sales capacity - for partners with limited historical PAM coverage in USEPG, build integration into the core USEPG sales motions and rigor around pipeline engagement with the rest of the EPG field. Match Alliance system integrator and/or MCS capacity with ISVs as appropriate in order to build their deployment capacity.<BR>- Bring applications on Windows 8 and Azure to market: Partner with DPE PAMs who are bringing new apps to market with these partners to develop and execute an EPG go-to-market plan to generate initial wins and build sales momentum for applications based on Microsoft''s forward-looking product set.<BR><BR>Key Requirements:<BR>- Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology. Master''s Degree or equivalent business experience preferred.<BR>- 5+ years of proven success in the Partner or Industry business. Must be familiar with the role ISVs play in the Microsoft partner ecosystem.<BR>- Channel sales or partner program / partner business development experience is strongly preferred.<BR>- Provide regular, ongoing and timely analysis, critical thinking and strategic recommendations to shape current projects and determine the objectives of future plans.<BR>- Candidates must work well in a fast-paced and growing environment, be flexible and possess a can-do attitude to exploit the unexpected and to succeed in unpredictable situations.
