Microsoft Corporation has an immediate opening for a Senior Privacy Cloud Strategist.<BR><BR>The position is part of the Trustworthy Computing (TwC) Privacy and Safety group and will be based in Redmond, WA. We also work with governments, advocates and industry partners worldwide to develop privacy and safety enhancing solutions to enhance user control and to promote public policies that help provide greater privacy and safety protections.<BR><BR>We''re looking for a world-class candidate to join the Advisory team within the Trustworthy Computing Privacy/Safety Group. This new member of our team will be a privacy expert who has an immediate impact advising teams and works collaboratively with members of the privacy community to address the implications of evolving privacy requirements related to the cloud.<BR><BR>The Advisory team is responsible for identifying and addressing emerging privacy and safety issues created by the development of new products and services. This involves working with privacy managers, members of our legal and corporate affairs group and product teams to deliver privacy conscious solutions. We are highly collaborative, entrepreneurial and deeply focused on delivering timely guidance to the various business groups with whom we work. Members of the team are subject matter experts on specific topic areas and are uniquely positioned to dive deep on cutting edge issues presented by a specific product or feature, while also developing company-wide standards and strategic guidance on areas of emerging privacy/safety risk that may impact multiple teams and business groups.<BR><BR>Responsibilities will include:<BR>- Identifying, assessing and working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the company to develop technical and policy recommendations for mitigating and managing potential privacy risks in the development of our enterprise cloud products and services that could impact our customers or our business.<BR>- Helping maintain and drive the establishment of new corporate wide guidance on enterprise cloud privacy issues.<BR>- Providing consultation on the application of privacy requirements to Privacy Managers and others.<BR>- Working with key stakeholders to develop and deliver new standards and early guidance across different product teams on cloud privacy issues and other areas of emerging privacy risk.<BR>- Collaborating with the Solutions team to identify and drive opportunities for the use of new technical solutions to privacy matters. </font></td>
