Their team is responsible for all of the content on the websites that support these PC Gaming initiatives.<BR>Position Description:<BR>Voltis seeking a Production Specialist who can shift easily between various roles, including programming, content creation, technical support, and other requirements as needed.<BR>She/he must be disciplined, a problem-solver, accurate, and flexible enough to work on multiple projects a week. Additionally, the Specialist must be able to work with external and internal partners to ship games, support marketing campaigns, and implement Ads/Spons campaigns, as well as support community and technical support efforts.<BR>There is no average week, but the person in this role can be expected to program daily and weekly content, ship games, assist the Ads/Spons team by creating microsites, delivering Marketing initiatives, and working on community and support projects.<BR>This is an estimated 3-month Contingent/Temporary position in Redmond, WA. We are among the largest IT Staffing Companies in the US for contingent/temporary and direct hire placements, and support many of the top rated IT Companies in the Pacific Northwest.<BR><BR>Requirements:<BR><BR>Production Specialist Qualifications:<BR>* Experience with daily web content updates using (X)HTML and CSS; XML and Flash experience preferred.<BR>* Familiarity with CMS Publishing systems and a willingness to identify and drive requirements to the product team to improve an existing CMS system.<BR>* Understanding of both day-to-day publishing and software shipping cycles.<BR>* Experience in online customer support or creating online customer support content.<BR>* Experience with Community Management.<BR>* Ability to create processes and process documentation for new tasks and provide critical analysis of existing processes and process documentation.<BR>* Ability to understand and tie Web Analytics to content creation and evaluation.<BR>* Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of development.<BR>* Ability to perform Quality Assurance tests on published pages.<BR>* Experience as a gamer, especially with casual games.<BR>Soft Skills/Experience:<BR>* Ability to work independently - self-motivated and able to meet hard deadlines.<BR>* Ability to deal with ambiguity and creatively problem-solve.<BR>* Detail-ori </font></td>
