Microsoft''s Interactive Entertainment Business (IEB) has an immediate opening in one of the most dynamic segments of today''s computer industry.<BR><BR>The IEB Security Policy Team is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Information Security (InfoSec) for a growing worldwide business that is transforming the world of connected entertainment. The successful candidate will drive IEB''s initiatives to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of its growing global portfolio of business-critical information assets. The Senior Program Manager will provide thought leadership and work closely with business teams to develop and deploy solutions to ensure that security policies are developed and followed to adequately safeguard internal information systems and databases from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure or destruction.<BR>The successful candidate will join a highly experienced team of security professionals to lead end-to-end data loss prevention (DLP) programs and policies, including documentation, awareness and outreach, and training. The Senior Program Manager will research, evaluate and maintain proficiency in DLP policy, tools, and trends.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>- 5-7 years of industry experience in the information security field, preferably in the interactive entertainment industry.<BR>- 3 or more years of these years with practical experience working on DLP.<BR>- Solid understanding of common industry InfoSec policy principles and engineering best practices.<BR>- Experience administering network and information security in mission-critical, 24x7 production environments.<BR>- Experience conducting security risk assessments<BR>- In-depth knowledge of risk assessment procedures, policy formation, role-based authorization methodologies, authentication technologies, and security attack pathologies.<BR>- Strong understanding of methodologies to secure Microsoft Exchange, Team Foundation Server and SharePoint environments.<BR>- Demonstrated ability to solve complex systems and network environment issues.<BR>- Ability to understand systems from all levels, from the "big picture" enterprise-level view to the low level technical view.<BR>- Experience leading cross group or division wide policy initiatives, preferred.<BR>- Ability to influence and partner across groups and teams, external companies, and organizations.<BR>- Previous experience in a role with accountability for successful policy management of DLP strongly preferred.<BR>- CISSP preferred.<BR><BR>This position is based at Microsoft''s corporate headquarters in Redmond, Washington.<BR><BR>SC:JP<BR><BR>J2WERPL1 </font></td>
