Come join the fight and help protect our customers and our children! On the Windows Safety Platform team, we take big data, add some machine learning and a healthy sprinkling of applied mathematics to find villains and protect our customers from abuse.<BR><BR>We''re looking for a senior PM to join our anti-abuse team. We need you to drive our efforts to protect our customers from hackers and abusers. You''ll need to develop intelligence about the bad guys'' behavior and their infrastructure by working with teams across Windows Services and beyond. Then you''ll propose strategies and systems to detect and prevent these bad actors from harming our customers. You''ll need the right balance of passion, customer empathy, technical depth, and partnering skills.<BR><BR>Specifically, we''re looking for someone with these qualifications:<BR>Experience in data mining (preferably using Cosmos), machine learning, and associated technologies.<BR>Experience with online security technologies and protocols<BR>A healthy appetite for digging into data and collaborating with researchers and data analysts to identify behavior patterns and develop the right mitigation strategies.<BR>Proven partner engagement and cross-team collaboration skills<BR>Excellent oral and written communication<BR>A Bachelor''s degree in CS, Mathematics, or EE (or similar) is required.<BR>7+ years of experience shipping products from design to implementation, and experience with large scale on-line services is critical.<BR><BR>W:WL<BR>WLSP:PM </font></td>
