The mission of this group is to provide an essential leadership function of Enterprise strategy, architecture, and coaching. We drive revenue growth by providing business insight, processes, and tools which enable the field sellers to build relationships that better serve customers and partners. Our primary function is to increase field Customer & Partner selling time & positively impact WW EPG business results through the following core activities:<BR><BR>?Providing improved business analysis & insights to the EPG LT, Sales Excellence team, and field sales community<BR>?Delivering proactive sales guidance, coaching, & other resources to the field in support of the WW EPG business<BR>?Driving simplification of our sales excellence processes & communications to facilitate speed & agility<BR><BR>There are five key initiatives that are owned and driven WW by the EPG Sales Operations team:<BR><BR>?Rhythm o </font></td>
