Play a key role in our future success:<BR><BR><BR>Job Description:<BR><BR>Direct responsibility for the overall foodservice and operational safety in a corporate dining account. Personally accountable for the overall safety behaviors of the account. Operates the department in accordance with the approved Quality Assurance standards, while providing the Client with a safety first facility. Ensures that the food and service offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior safety. Directs and conducts safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs. Maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests and Client as well a other departments within the operation. Promotes the professional growth and development of the entire team. In addition, foster strong inter-departmental relations and integrate the dining service department with the facility safety program.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>Perform unit level surveillance food safety audits in minimum of five units per week<BR><BR>Provide written feedback to unit managers regarding unit observations and findings during unit surveillance<BR><BR>Work with managers to find solutions to QA challenges and crisis<BR><BR>Attend bi monthly QA management team meetings<BR><BR>Assist unit managers with implementation of Compass QA Standards and Solutions<BR><BR>Work through managers to make corrective actions in units<BR><BR>Train associates, one-on-one, with manager involvement<BR><BR>Minimum of 5 training classes/one on one per month<BR><BR>Provide verification that the QA systems are working daily<BR><BR>Work with managers to reduce red critical violations and repeat violations<BR><BR>Attend meetings, workshops and special events for QA issues<BR><BR>Attend annual Health Department workshops, and all mandatory food related management meetings, all QA management meetings<BR><BR>Special Skills:<BR><BR>Certified in Serv Safe with 90% or better; well-versed in FDA Food Code, Washington State Department of Health Regulations and Compass Group QA Standards and Solutions Manual; uses resources available; professional communication skills with all levels of associates and clients; proficient in Outlook and other Office programs; able to train associates and managers from prepared food safety materials; able to analyze problems </font></td>
