We operate on-site employee health centers, pharmacies and fitness centers for many of the country’s largest corporations and federal agencies.<BR><BR><BR><BR>We are seeking aPRN (Per Diem) RNfor opportunity within our Employer Solutions division at a NEW location in Redmond, Washington.This person will cover 9 hour shifts Monday-Thursday 8a.m.-7p.m. and Friday 8a.m.-5p.m.<BR><BR><BR><BR>This position will, in a collaborative team environment, provide exceptional patient-focused care utilizing clinical best practices while empowering individuals to make lifestyle changes necessary for the best possible health. This NEW patient focused facility will offer a full complement of services with easy access for patient convenience<BR><BR>Summary:<BR><BR><BR><BR>Assists in examination and treatment of patients under direction of Physician, Advanced Practitioner and/or RN in compliance with state practice acts and regulations.Provides prescribed medical treatment and services to client employees.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Essential Functions:<BR><BR><BR><BR>·Uses nursing skills to evaluate patient care needs, prioritize treatment, and maintain patient flow<BR><BR><BR><BR>·Conducts a nursing assessment by taking a patient history and physical assessment and by obtaining vital signs and other medical tests. Provides treatment within scope of practice as defined by state law<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>·Documents accurately all elements of nursing assessment, treatments, medications administered, discharge instructions provided, and follow up care arranged<BR><BR><BR><BR>·Collaborates with Physician or other Licensed Independent Practitioner to arrange for further medical treatment, when needed<BR><BR><BR><BR>·Conducts appropriate laboratory tests and quality control procedures<BR><BR><BR><BR>·Evaluates health education/promotion needs of patients and provides necessary training and instruction<BR><BR><BR><BR>·Identifies emergency situations and provides care within legal scope of practice<BR><BR><BR><BR>·Administers medications and medical treatments competently as directed by a Physician or Licensed Independent Practitioner<BR><BR><BR><BR>·Maintains a clean and safe environment.
