               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Repair Technician<BR><BR>*** Please note that to be considered you must apply online at www.zetron.com ***<BR> <BR><BR>Purpose of the Job<BR>Repair Technician is part of our Customer Fulfillment team. Repair Technician performs variety of routine tasks to ensure repair standards are met, works under limited supervision. They perform troubleshooting, repair and test of electronic communications equipment at the PCB and final assembly level using general test equipment.<BR><BR>Customer Fulfillment Department is responsible for the post sales phase of systems sold, through providing implementation, integration and technical support services, including field and call center services. <BR><BR>Essential Duties<BR>• Communicate with customers for<BR>o purpose of failure investigation<BR>o recommendations for problem resolution<BR>o estimates for repairs <BR>o replacements or spare parts and to<BR>o gain authorization to proceed with repair work<BR><BR>• Test, repair and configuration of customer returned product<BR>• Prepare written reports, process RMA and repair paperwork <BR>• Ensure on-going adherence to established quality and workmanship standards<BR>• Ensure on time repair of customer products as scheduled<BR>• Investigate product revision and sales order history, utilize appropriate Bills of Material and repair procedures as indicated<BR>• Monitor condition of test equipment and test fixtures<BR>• May assist in the training of new repair staff or cross-train current staff to support Zetron products<BR>• Required to perform the job functions in a safe manner<BR>• Other duties as assigned.<BR><BR>Qualifications<BR>• Ability to read and interpret schematics and understand circuit theory<BR>• Basic computer skills required such as Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Material Requirement Planning (MRP)  <BR>• Use of test equipment such as telephone simulators, frequency generators, digital multimeter (DMM), and oscilloscope  <BR>• Solder station and de-solder station<BR>• Familiar use of various hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, etc.  <BR>• Good written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the day, good time management skills.<BR><BR>Education and Experience<BR>• Two-year degree in electronics or equivalent vocational technical certification<BR>• Minimum two years of job related experience in similar position.<BR><BR><BR>Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. Please note that there is no relocation budget for this position.<BR><BR>Zetron, Inc. is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.<BR><BR>To Apply:<BR>Please visit www.zetron.com<BR>Scroll over the Company tab and Click on Careers<BR>Click on Apply Online US<BR>Select US Job Listings and Search</font></td>
