               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">International leading media entertainment and communication company is hiring for multiple full-time Sales and Service Consultant for Redmond and other locations as needed. <BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>The Sales and Service Consultant is responsible for assisting customers with resolving complaints, interpreting and clarifying account statements, and correcting billing discrepancies. Educates the customer on features, benefits and use of all company products and services. Meets or exceeds sales and service goals by evaluating and satisfying customer needs. Responds to and processes all general service requests, including changes to account data, product features and level of service<BR><BR><b> JOB REQUIREMENTS: </b> <BR>~ High School Diploma or GED. <BR>~ Zero to two years related experience.<BR>~ Provide strong understanding and enthusiasm around technology,<BR>~ Sell with passion and engage new and existing customers in a high<BR>quality experience which enables them to make informed purchase<BR>decisions.<BR>~ Maintain high energy and detailed sales product knowledge including<BR>competitive information.<BR>~ Provide superior customer service with all customer interactions.<BR>~ Meet or exceed sales quotas in accountability based culture.<BR>~ Proactively retain existing customers from canceling service by using<BR>retention techniques.<BR>~ Evaluate customer's potential product needs and make appropriate<BR>recommendations.<BR>~ Process payments and equipment transactions in order to maximize the<BR>customer experience.<BR>~ Work in a fast, high volume environment and maintain a positive can<BR>do attitude.<BR>~ Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. <BR>~ Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.<BR>~ Need open availability including Sundays.<BR>~ Must pass background check spanning the last ten years relating to the job duties.<BR>~ Must pass drug test.<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>~ Bilingual a plus.<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Part-time, Monday thru Sunday.
